1. Agreement to Terms

1. By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, including our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
2. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and TradZU ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
3. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

4. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
5. You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.
6. You must not be prohibited from accessing or using the Platform under the laws of your jurisdiction or any applicable international laws.
7. We reserve the right to verify your eligibility and may request documentation to confirm your age and identity.

3. Nature of Services

TradZU provides the following services:

9. Proprietary trading firm, Brokers, crypto exchanges, Trading Tools listings, comparisons, and reviews
10. Rewards marketplace where users can earn and redeem points
11. Community features including Discord integration and user forums
12. Trading tools and resources
13. Affiliate and referral programs

What TradZU Does NOT Provide:

14. Financial, investment, or tax advice
15. Brokerage services or trade execution
16. Fund management or asset custody
17. Guarantees of trading success or profitability
18. Endorsements or recommendations of specific proprietary trading firms

4. High-Risk Financial Activity Disclosure

19. Trading in financial markets, including forex, futures, stocks, and derivatives, involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You could lose some or all of your invested capital.
20. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Any historical returns, expected returns, or probability projections are hypothetical in nature and may not reflect actual future performance.
21. You acknowledge that trading involves significant risks including, but not limited to, market volatility, leverage risks, technological failures, and counterparty risks.
22. You should only trade with money you can afford to lose and should seek independent financial advice before making any trading decisions.
23. TradZU does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided on the Platform and shall not be liable for any losses resulting from your reliance on such information.

5. Affiliate Relationships

24. TradZU maintains affiliate partnerships with various proprietary trading firms and service providers. When you purchase products or services through links on our Platform, we may receive commissions or other compensation.
25. These affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial content, reviews, or comparisons. However, they may influence which products or services we feature prominently.
26. We strive to maintain transparency regarding our affiliate relationships and will disclose material connections where applicable.
27. You acknowledge that our business model relies on these affiliate relationships and accept that this may create potential conflicts of interest.

6. User Registration

28. To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information.
29. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
30. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
31. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you provide false, inaccurate, or incomplete information, or if you violate these Terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

35. Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform or any systems or networks connected to the Platform

37. Using automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform without our express written permission
38. Posting or transmitting any harmful, offensive, defamatory, or unlawful content
39. Impersonating any person or entity or falsely stating or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity
40. Manipulating the rewards system through fraud, abuse, or exploitation of system vulnerabilities
41. Submitting fake reviews or manipulating rating systems
42. Collecting or harvesting any personally identifiable information from other users

8. User-Generated Content

43. The Platform may allow you to post reviews, comments, and other content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant TradZU a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content.
44. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to post your User Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
45. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor, edit, or remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate.
46. Only verified purchasers may submit reviews of proprietary trading firms to ensure authenticity and prevent fraudulent reviews.
47. You agree not to post any content that is false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.

9. Third-Party Websites and Content

48. The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or services that are not owned or controlled by TradZU.
49. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
50. You acknowledge and agree that TradZU shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by your use of any third-party content, goods, or services available through such websites.
51. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites you visit.

10. Advertisers

52. The Platform may display advertisements and promotions from third-party advertisers. Your interactions with advertisers, including payment and delivery of goods or services, are solely between you and the advertiser.
53. TradZU is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred as a result of any dealings with advertisers or as a result of the presence of advertisers on the Platform.
54. We do not endorse any advertised products or services unless explicitly stated.

11. Services Management

We reserve the right to:

55. Monitor the Platform for violations of these Terms
56. Take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates these Terms
57. Refuse, restrict access to, limit availability of, or disable any user's access to the Platform
58. Remove or refuse to post any User Content for any reason
59. Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform (or any part thereof) at any time
60. Change or modify rewards programs, points values, and redemption options at our discretion

13. Term and Termination

63. These Terms remain in full force and effect while you use the Platform.
64. We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
65. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may discontinue using the Platform or contact us to request account deletion.
66. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

14. Modifications and Interruptions

67. We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Platform at any time for any reason at our sole discretion without notice.
68. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems that result in interruptions, delays, or errors.
69. We reserve the right to change, revise, update, suspend, discontinue, or modify the Platform at any time without notice or liability to you.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

70. THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE PLATFORM AND YOUR USE THEREOF.
71. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE PLATFORM'S CONTENT OR THE CONTENT OF ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO THE PLATFORM.
72. WE ASSUME NO LIABILITY FOR ANY ERRORS, OMISSIONS, INTERRUPTIONS, DELETIONS, DEFECTS, DELAYS IN OPERATION OR TRANSMISSION, COMMUNICATIONS LINE FAILURES, THEFT, DESTRUCTION, OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF USER COMMUNICATIONS.

16. Limitation of Liability

73. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TRADZU, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
74. THIS INCLUDES DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, TRADING LOSSES, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
75. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO TRADZU IN THE PAST SIX (6) MONTHS, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
76. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

17. Indemnification

77. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TradZU and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use or misuse of the Platform
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your User Content
• Any trading losses or financial decisions made based on information from the Platform

18. Governing Law

83. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
84. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

19. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

85. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties.
86. If negotiations fail, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of Dubai International Arbitration Centre, rather than in court.
87. The arbitration shall take place in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
88. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against TradZU.
89. Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

20. Force Majeure

90. TradZU shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, network infrastructure failures, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

21. Severability

91. If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

22. Waiver

92. No waiver by TradZU of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition.
93. Any failure by TradZU to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

23. Assignment

94. You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent.
95. We may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, without restriction, including to any affiliate or successor in interest of TradZU.

24. Entire Agreement

96. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements expressly incorporated by reference herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and TradZU regarding the use of the Platform and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties.

25. Electronic Communications

97. By using the Platform, you consent to receive electronic communications from TradZU, including emails, notifications, and messages posted on the Platform.
98. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
99. You may opt out of non-essential communications by following the unsubscribe instructions in those communications or by contacting us.
